The Museum of Discovery & Science’s Leonardo da Vinci Society in partnership with FPL presents Code Baby Code featuring the inspirational Felecia Hatcher, White House Honoree for the 2014 Champion of Change for STEM Access & Diversity.

Felecia has dedicated her life to turning kids and young adults from undeserved communities into entrepreneurs and exposing them to careers and entrepreneurial opportunities in technology through her program Code Fever, an initiative that helps to increase tech entrepreneurship funding and training to underserved Florida communities.

Felecia is also the author of How to Start a Business on a Ramen Noodle Budget – 10 Steps on how to Start a Business as a Broke College Student

July 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Keller Science Theater at the Museum of Discovery & Science

Guests will enjoy a family friendly evening of cocktails, soft drinks and hors d’oeurves and also experience the IMAX documentary film Island of Lemurs: Madagascar narrated by Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman.
