After the events of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, King T’Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country’s new leader. However, T’Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakanadan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war. Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, with Angela Bassett, with Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis.
Marvel’s Black Panther will be presented on our 4K IMAX with Laser projection system featuring IMAX’s next-generation, enhanced 12-channel system with 114 speakers capable of 52,000 watts of digital sound and a six-story-high screen.
This film is rated PG-13 for prolonged sequences of action violence, and a brief rude gesture.

We are excited to announce that Marvel’s highly anticipated Black Panther will feature select scenes specially formatted for IMAX® theatres. At least 50 minutes of the film will be presented in an expanded IMAX 1.9:1 aspect ratio to fill more of the screen – allowing audiences to see 26% more of the image in IMAX than in standard theaters.
